Goozsh: An explosive sound made while working out intensely. At Studio 4 fitness we believe that there is more then one way to train someone. We take a little from different types of training and develop the best program for each one of our clients. In our training sessions no matter if it is group training or one on one you will experience many different types of training including but not limited to: Functional Training, Kettle Bells, Core Training, Agility, Balance, Flexibility and much more.

I have over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have worked with everyone from professional athletes and weekend warriors to special populations. I have worked with the New York Mets, LA Angles, Detroit Tigers, and many professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB, professional boxing and MMA. Besides athletes I train children as young as 9 and adults as old as 90. I have also been an athlete my entire life, playing baseball, soccer, football, Olympic weight lifting, competed as a competitive martial artist and continue to participate in mud races and other competitions. Whatever your fitness needs our program will cover them.
