Personal Trainer Overview
I customized the workout based on the client goals. I am able to modify or progress all exercises. I use a variety of equipment during the workout. I do not use many machines. I like to do exercises for upper and lower body at the same time to maximize calorie burn.
Training Philosophy
I believe that a balanced workout should include
a cardio warmup, strength training, core work,
flexibility, and stretching.
Education
I have experience with a variety of exercise
equipment including machines, Pilates,
kettlebells, exercise balls, cables, bosu, and medicine balls.
I also have specialize training to help clients with hip, lower back, shoulder, and balance issues.
I have taught one-on-one training, partner,
and small groups.
I provide training in-home and at a studio.
I offer meal plans to assist with weight loss.
