I have been interested in sports and fitness all my life and I have made it a part of my life as well as a way of life. My goal as a personal trainer is to help those hire me as a personal trainer acheive their fitness goals and push them to strive for more when it comes to both fitness, nutrition and life. I feel when i accomplish helping a person acheive their fitness goals. It makes me a better trainer as well as a better person. That is why Fitness and nutrition aren't just a part of my life it is the way I live me my life. And I try to passs on and teach others everything I know about fitness and I hope to learn more as I o on in my fitness career.
