Also demonstrated ability to create new effective health & wellness programs and handouts for diverse groups of individuals. It's not about how much I know, it's about how much I care for the client. Bio

I am passionate about helping others...period! My strongest passion lies with improving the health of others by promoting healthy lifestyle behavior changes. I have various outlets of helping people, they range from teaching group exercise classes, exercise orientations, health lectures, nutritional guidance, health behavior change readiness assessments, personal training, stress management assessments and various other tools to help assist others transition into the healthy lifestyle. I currently work in Employee Corporate Wellness promotion, but also have experience promoting healthy lifestyles for the elderly population and individuals with developmental disabilities.
