Personal Trainer Overview
Training from the perspective that your body is your temple. That includes your brain. The brain contains your personality, your sole, your drive. It controls the body. If you're not right there first, the body won't follow. For me, samsontraining is about complete strength, mind and body. Samson's was God given. We train for ours.
Training Philosophy
Mike O'hearn developed a style of training called power bodybuilding. I've always done this in my own workouts, even if I didn't realize it. Its training heavy in the first part of the workout. You're shocking the central nervous system and traumatizing the muscle tissue as deep as possible to build strength. As you progress you drop the weight a little and increase the reps. The goal is to push as much blood in the muscle as possible. Weight + reps will make it grow. At the end of the workout you're doing light weight and high reps. Now you are adding the muscle endurance factor and bringing the cardiovascular system in play. Now, in one workout you have build power, size, and endurance.
