Personal Trainer Overview

Healthy Day to you from Fit Forever Personal Training. My name is Dawn Williams and I hold two certifications that include personal trainer and health coach and have over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I specialize in one on one and small group training. Sessions are conducted in your home or my in-home studio. Train in private and look good in public. No equipment is needed. Workouts are customize to your personal goals, be it to improve your lifestyle, lose weight, increase strength or improve stamina. Sessions are 60 minutes and appointments are made to accommodate your schedule. A variety of equipment is used in workouts, specializes in core conditioning with balance equipment and TRX suspension training. I work with all ages and fitness levels and have extensive experience with the 50+ adult and post rehab clients.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy as a personal trainer and health coach is to take a client through a journey. The journey must start with learning what the client hopes to achieve from my services. From there my passion is to educate, motivate, and encourage my client to reach their goals through professional and confidential service. I offer continuous support in and out of training sessions and create a challenging program that will result in positive lifestyle changes. I believe in keeping the body guessing and use creativity in my workouts to keep the client engaged.

I hold over fifteen years of continuing education in the health and fitness industry. Courses I have attended include:

TRX suspension training, Nutrition, Fitness Assessment, Strength Training for Older Adults, Balance Training, Core Conditioning, Exercise after Rehabilitation/Physical Therapy, Pilates, Health and Fitness Coaching, Stability Ball Training and many more.

Bio

Dawn's passion for helping people to improve their lifestyle has been the driving force of her 15 year career in the health and fitness industry. Her greatest reward for her guidance is seeing people improve their overall health, wellness and fitness. Dawn's has succeeded in her own personal training business for over 12 years. The number of lifestyles she has improved continues to grow each year. Dawn's Mantra, which she is know to say quite often is "What the mind believes, the body achieves."
