Personal Trainer Overview
One of the things i believe in is giving 110% effort. With the right combination of a proper diet, resistance training and cardio over a sustained period of time a client can drastically improve their body fat composition, ratio of muscle to fat and overall health.
Training Philosophy
I train my clients to improve their overall health, level of strength and conditioning and flexibility. I believe in making every session a step in the right direction by giving ecouragement, enthusiasm, motivation and a ton of energy. I will bring out the best in you and push you to continuously reach your desired goals. As a former Marine Sgt i know how to get the most out of my clients in the best way. I am a teacher of health and fitness and will show you how to work out, eat right and get in shape the right way and stay in shape for the rest of your life.

High School Graduate. Associates degree in Business Mgt. ISSA certified fitness and nutrition specialist/ personal trainer. Extensive knowledge on supplementation. Graduate of U.S. Marines Leadership Academy.
Bio
My name is Darius Williams. I am a 37yr old married father of 6 daughters. I am a former varsity high school athlete in track and basketball, earning college scholarships for both sports. I served in the U.S. Marines as a training assistant manager responsible for the health and fitness of the Marines in my Unit. I love the idea of people becoming healthier and reaching their desired fitness goals with my help as i have done since 1994. I enjoy meeting and working with people of all ages, backgrounds and social status. My goal is to get people their desired results and being a complete professional in the process. Changing peoples minds on health and fitness to a more positive one and encouraging them to give their all and stay focussed and committed to the lifestyle it takes is something that i greatly enjoy.
