With over 15 years of experience in fitness and performance coaching, I've guided hundreds of clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. My approach combines academic expertise with real-world experience:
-MS in Exercise Science: Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention (PennWest University)

-Performance Enhancement Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
-Published fitness author and former competitive athlete in Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting
Training Philosophy
Each client gets a training program, not simply a bunch of random workouts strung together. You will be systematically progressed from one phase to the next.
Every aspect of fitness is trained. Strength, body composition/fat loss, mobility, cardiovascular conditioning, mentality, and nutrition are all addressed.
Your personal training programs are built upon up-to-date exercise science methodology and research.

Bio
Since 2009, I've helped hundreds of people reach their fitness and performance goals. I hold a MS in Exercise Science: Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention from Cal U of PA, as well as a BS in Health Education from The University of Cincinnati. In addition, I hold certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and USA Weightlifting. I'm a published author on numerous fitness websites and have competed in both Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.
