My goal as your Personal Trainer is to build muscle on your body that burns calories at rest. If you have a weight loss goal, you need to be burning 600 calories daily. The average person burns 100 calories every 10 minutes that's, 600 calories per hour using the cardio equipment i.e. (treadmill, cross trainer, bike etc.) Six hours of cardio every week vs. 2½ hours of high intense cardio induced personal training for a short time will guarantee results.
