Personal Trainer Overview
Through his training method clients will lose substantial weight- fat, increase their lean muscle mass and get in the best shape of their life.
Training Philosophy
Bootcamp training is my specialty including drills, jumps, hops, plyos etc and jogging, running in between. I train runners-to-be to complete their first marathon or just a 5k. As a triathlete I'm also familiar with swimming and cycling as well.
