Personal Trainer Overview

We factor in weight, body fat and personal needs & desires to create the best possible fitness and nutrition plans for each Client. Once we get started, there will be a consultation to acquaint your personal trainer and yourself as the client. We will create a specific set of moves and exercises that will allow you to achieve maximum body results.

Something that we pride ourselves on at Duran Fitness is our unique ability to create the best plan for YOU; if you are looking to work on strength & balance, we will incorporate a lot of yoga and flows into your plan. We do not promote any diets, nor do we advise you to start one; when you sign up with Duran Fitness, you will be making a LIFE CHANGE!

Training Philosophy

We are so incredibly knowledgeable in the area of diets such as the Paleo Diet, the Bulletproof diet, and the Keto diet.. We use this knowledge to take the good parts from each of these, and make your plan, specific to YOU. We have clients to are vegetarian and vegan. We have clients who are lactose intolerant. We have clients who hate to cook, or don't know how to cook, or simple don't have time to cook! Whatever you bring to the table as an individual, we will respect and nurture to create something amazing for the client.Duran Fitness allows you to choose from one of our many training packages that include workouts, nutrition plans and access to our many resources that we have on all subjects surrounding weight loss and fitness. We suggest that a client meets with their trainer three times per week to see the best results, but we offer packages that range from 1 day a week to 5 days a week. Training packages also include access to an app that works on your iPhone or Android that allows you to directly message your trainer, keep track of your workouts, mark workouts as completed, and so much more! The app also allows you to watch videos of moves that you have forgotten or just are not familiar with.

Bio

Daniel was born and raised on the sandy beaches of Southern California. As a severly overweight teenager with an auto-immune disease, he was determined to find a way to become a healthier person. He found himself engulfing himself in the practice of mixed martial arts, which only opened the door to so many other outlets. Daniel found a huge love and respect for the potential of the human body, and after many years of dabbling in sports and other forms of fitness activities, decided to become certified as a personal trainer. Since becoming certified with NASM 2 years ago, Daniel has worked as a personal trainer in many gyms and with many clients both in Southern California and Northern California.
