Personal Trainer Overview

I focus in making the body function better. When the body moves better, it will look and feel better. No exceptions! I focus on training that mimics everyday activities and moving as fast as possible. I get clients ready for any situation they might encounter.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is that I use whatever method works best for my clients. I believe that most exercise theories are outdated or completely wrong, and that most people want maximum results in the least amount of time. I am motivated by the fear of failure.

Associates of Arts in Early Childhood Education, Associates of Science in Health Administration, Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science.

Bio

I joined Take Charge Fitness Program in 2002 after nearly a decade in the military. I love to hunt, fish, golf and compete in Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons. When I'm not working you can find me at home in Norris, TN, doing something outdoors or spending time with my amazing girlfriend, Alison.
