Personal Trainer Overview

In order to create your program I will use whatever techniques are necessary. These techniques can be extracted from training methods such as:

Gymnastics

And anything else that is useful!

Training Philosophy

We begin with your dream. Your dream, becomes my relentless pursuit. If your dream is to lose 200 lbs or dominate your sport, I will not stop until you get there. I will meticulously develop the most productive training program possible for you.

I believe there are 'good' workouts, and then there are the 'best' workouts. I seek to build programs that will best prepare you for any physical situation—not only for your sport, but for life. I have and continue to search all sports, physical tasks and fitness literature for the physical skills and adaptations that will most optimally lead us to your performance advantage. The results are elite program designs that create the best version of you.

Education

B.A. in Biological Psychology from Pace University

A.A. from St. Thomas Aquinas College

16 years training experience.

Former U.S. Army Military Police Sergeant and Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran

10 seasons of football, including college and semi pro.

9 seasons of baseball.

6 seasons of wrestling and track.

Coached middle school and high school wrestling.

Trained in Mixed Martial Arts (Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling).

Personal Trainer for New York Sports Club 2 years.
