Training Philosophy

I train from fitness assessments. An assessment gives me a better focus with how to prepare an ongoing program tailored to my clients goals. During the assessments an first couple of sessions maybe just spent on correcting a muscle imbalance. I never recommend people to jump right into a bootcamp without meeting with a trainer. Flexibility and ROM are very important when performing some excercises. I cover the basic foundation of programming
