I love incorporating various formats of circuit to activate slow twitch/fast twitch muscle fibers to keep the body guessing, which leads to more muscle confusion.Not only do I offer weekly programs,sessions packages, prepay services but everyone recives one complimentary sessions and food shopping date. I train through fitness assessments. An assessment gives me a better focus with how to prepare an ongoing program tailored to my clients goals. During the assessments an first couple of sessions maybe just spent on correcting a muscle imbalance. I never recommend people to jump right into a bootcamp without meeting with a trainer. Flexibility and ROM are very important when performing some excercises. I cover the basic foundation of programming
