Personal Trainer Overview
Provide customized nutrition and fitness plans that are specific to your individual needs and lifestyle. Training is done outdoors and focuses on your own body weight exercises as well as using free weights, core medicine ball, resistance bands, kettle bells, and sport specific agility training or training to tone specific body parts.
Training Philosophy
I believe in nutrition and fitness as part of a complete lifestyle change. I am a Registered Dietitian, so many of my training clients also become my nutrition clients. I keep my clients motivated by setting goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and can be achieved in the appropriate time frame. I monitor these goals at each session and tweak them where I see areas of growth. I specialize in nutrition, strength training, core, balance, and sport specific agility training.
