Personal Trainer Overview

I use an easy-to-follow tell, show, do method: I explain the movements and processes, I show you how to do them, and then you get to try! I work with the clients through and through while keeping things simple but effective. While some trainers use cookie-cutter methods with all of their clients, I make sure that the entire experience is tailored to your goals and abilities.

Training Philosophy

Training of any kind is a process and everyone has a different experience with training. Different motivations and different mindsets mean every person requires an approach that works for them, not what their friends or the internet says is best. I am personally motivated to keep a balance among weight training, cardio, and nutrition so I can maintain a healthy and fulfilling life. I motivate clients by helping them find what they enjoy and letting them develop an appreciation for the improvements anyone will get from training. Whether you want to be healthier in general, lose weight to feel more comfortable about yourself, or build strength and muscle, I will work with you the entire way and help you build your own motivation. Self-improvement is possible for everyone and my goal is to get you where you want to be.

Bio

Hey there! My name is Corey and I've been involved with the fitness community for as long as I can remember. I first started getting more active when I began practicing martial arts at the age of eight. I kept with it until high school during which I started playing football. Post-high school I decided to continue my journey with more extensive weight training and proper nutrition. For a little over two years now I've been slowly improving my methods while attending college for a degree in Astrophysics. I'm an ACE certified personal trainer with a goal of helping others acquire their goals and reap the benefits of a healthier, more active lifestyle.
