Connie has been a Personal Trainer at Bally Total Fitness and Sports Clubs, climbing to the rank of Top 20 Bally’s Trainers in the nation in only nine months, a ranking she held for two and a half consecutive years.

During her tenure at Bally’s, she received numerous Personal Training awards.

Connie is currently an independent Personal Trainer in Manhattan working from selected gyms and clients’ homes.

Connie has done a photo shoot for SELF magazine based on the article “Would I inherit my mother's body type?” She has also appeared on the Queen Latifah show as a fitness expert.

EDUCATION

Prior to pursuing her fitness certifications and career, Connie received her Associate’s degree in Business Management from Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), the largest community college in the City University of New York, and also studied at Baruch College.
