Personal Trainer Overview

I like to use a well rounded approach to my training. While, my programming is centered around strength training, I include different aspects such as flexibility, aerobic, aerobic, and plyometric training. I will ultimately create a program that fit your needs the best.

Training Philosophy

My goal as a personal trainer is to get you to where you feel the healthiest. Whether it be getting stronger, faster, or lighter. I prioritize exercise technique and flexibility to create a solid foundation, and then progressing from there. I am a very motivated trainer here to help you achieve a healthier and happier you. Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science

Interned for strength & Conditioning and CrossFit Training.

Bio

I grew up playing sports. Coincidentally, sports is how I found my love for the gym. I went on to play college baseball for four years. I love the process of bettering myself. I would love to teach that process to others to help them create a healthier version of themselves.
