I have experience in many types of fitness techniques, from just using the body weight to adding weights, resist a ball, tubing, fitness trampoline, sports conditioning, medicine balls, kettleball training, Zen (combo of yoga and stretch) Mommy and me classes, Boot Camp and so much more. It is all customized to your goals, taking all my knowledge and making it fit just for you.
Bio
Through her company, Cindy’s Fitness Experience, she offers a multitude of customized fitness classes and programs that include Lead Group and Individual Personal Training Sessions, Boot Camp Programs such as her “Beach Blast Boot Camp” and “Trail Blazing Boot Camp”, Step , Aqua Aerobics, Core Conditioning Training and so much more innovative ways to accomplish her clients goals. In addition, her signature Marathon Running Program, where she is known to train people who cannot run one mile to run 26.2 miles and complete a Full Marathon! Cindy has run more than half a dozen Full Marathons and countless Half Marathons from Miami to New York.
As part of her commitment to her dynamic fitness industry, Cindy is a Member and Participant of ECA Sports Training and of WSSC World Spinning and Sports Conferences. She remains an ongoing participant of various Fitness and Wellness Conferences throughout North America.
Cindy lives with her husband and 2 sons, (18 yr. old and 2 yr. old) and resides in Hollywood, Florida
