Personal Trainer Overview
Training Philosophy
We believe in true whole body, mind, and spirit fitness. If your mind is not mentally tough then it is easy to quit, if your body is not in tune with your mind then it cannot get strong, and if there is something emotionally holding your mind and body back then all is for not. Emotional issues lead many of us to the destructive habits that got us in the bad physical and unhealthy shape that we are in now. If this is not addressed then the physical stays where it is.
A true fitness program relies on support, and that is what you get at Breaking Barriers, support from Trainers, support of old and new recruits alike, and hopefully support from family members and friends when they see the transformation that you are making in your life and body.

Bio
Breaking Barriers is going to challenge you every day. It is not just one certain type of weight lifting, one certain type of cardio, one way of moving and mobility, the newest fad. It is an absolute plethora of physical activities, techniques, methods, ideology.
Many gyms and fitness facilities say they train all aspects of a program/ideology but really only get good at or trained in one aspect of the program and fall back on that one type of training. They never train the full program to their clients. They never really push people past their comfort zone and challenge the body and mind.
And Believe me when I say there is an Athlete inside everyone! One that can and will be brought out at Breaking Barriers Bootcamp. Also competition is healthy, but only done in the right conditions, under proper supervision, and if the techniques can be properly exhibited throughout the timeframe of the full exercise period. Proper technique is the key to lessening injury.
We train all kinds of people from people who need to stay in shape for some type of sports and athletics program; someone who wants to get ready for a marathon, iron man, MMA, or competition of any kind; people who have sat on the couch for way too long and watched life pass them by; people who need to rehab from an injury; people getting ready for that prom, wedding, the beach, or whatever may be giving them anxiety; people who were honed athletes that want to find that inner fire again.
