Personal Trainer Overview
I have a personal training style that incorporates workouts of today with emphasis on good body mechanics and precise movements. I have a background in physical therapy which I perceive to be very helpful in personal training. Taking clients to their full potential and beyond in a safe effective way
Training Philosophy
I believe to be successful in a fitness regime it takes it dedication, time, and a collaborative effort by client and trainer. It is important to incorporate all aspects of training into a program including nutrition, various types of workouts (yoga,cardio,dance,resistance training, body-weight training, etc..). To be successful with fitness and exercise you have to change things up to prevent boredom and plateaus, that is where I can help. Always changing, but striving for the same goal.
