Personal Trainer Overview
As the owner of SUPREME ASSAILANT, my philosophy blends ideas from the disciplines of exercise science, coaching and athletic skill development to design and implement protocols for athletes, adults as well as children of any age.
MY belief is simple: Show up and I'll do the rest! Results are in direct proportion to your commitment, attendance, discipline and correct nutritional intake in following the guidance and direction of the program.
MY diverse list of clientele include youth through collegiate athletes mixing with firefighters, Conditioning Camp participants, business professionals, Jiu-Jitsu and Full Contact Fighters and competitive bodybuilders, to name a few.
MY training invites you to step "outside the comfort zone" of traditional programming and find out what it really means to TRAIN! "TWICE THE RESULTS, HALF THE TIME OR DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK"
I welcome the opportunity to earn your business. On behalf of myself, thank you for your interest.
COMMITTED TO YOUR SUCCESS,
CHRIS PEDROZA

Training Philosophy
Workouts normally last about 1 hour. The group will be lead through a warm-up then move to an interval-based conditioning workout usually lasting 45 minutes depending on the intensity of the specific workout. Interval workouts are a combination of strength, endurance, speed, and power using plyometrics, agility drills and focus on WEIGHT LOSS, MUSCLE TONE, MUSCULAR ENDURANCE, CARDIORESPIRATORY ENDURANCE and much more... The remainder of the workout will be a light cool down with stretching. During the stretching portion the instructor will go over nutritional advice and answer any questions students may have.
Interval training is intensity based, so all level of athletes can perform the workouts. Exercises are scaled down to meet the needs of the individuals within the group so everyone will be challenged based on their current level of fitness. Whether what shape or fitness level you are in, YOU may benefit from my program AND you'll have a great workout where you are pushed to your limits.

Bio
-I have always struggled with my weight and it affected me a lot as a kid.
-I used to shower in the dark to avoid seeing my reflection.
-I used to fib to my friends that I was allergic to chlorine to get out of having to go shirtless to swim and risk turning the pool party into an expo at Sea World. I was so afraid to talk to girls because I feared they found my mere existence to be nauseating.
But I remember the day everything changed for me– It was at the YMCA and Peggy Sutter wanted to speak to me regarding my weight.... I WILL NEVER FORGET THE WORDS THAT SHE SAID. “ IF YOU DONT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW, IT'LL BE TOO LATE!”....WOW! I woke up after that. Soon after I began a specified training regimen.
At the time I was wearing a XXL shirt and a size 40 pants and I looked absolutely miserable. I was literally a prisoner in my own oversized body and I finally had enough. After this, I knew I had to make some changes because I just couldn’t live like that anymore– it was too painful and too depressing.
What follows is a culmination of years of research and trial and error to produce rapid and lasting weight loss through cutting-edge metabolic training that only requires a 90-minute commitment each week. (IF THAT). I still do my conditioning 6 days a week, maybe one day off (depending). This led me to open up my own business named SUPREME ASSAILANT to help direct individuals in a newer path of training methodologies to never see that boring old plateau effect again. This is the exact system I used for my own personal metabolic breakthrough and I still follow these guidelines today to maintain single-digit body fat percentage year round.
