Personal Trainer Overview

I am running a 24 day weight loss challenge. I guaranteed at least 10-15 lbs reduction in weight with, meal plans, 1 training session with me during the week, 4 session group training program to help you exceed pass your challenge, 24 hour trainer contact support and advice, and 1 group setting for 24 days. I will create daily small challenges for you that deal with exercise and nutrition so you can pass your weekly challenge at the end of the week every Saturday for the next 4 weeks. I make these challenges so you’re not just active for 24 days and quit but, to stay active for the rest of your life. At the end of the 24 day challenge if you want more of a challenge I offer everyone in the challenge 25% off personal training. Bring your friends, family members in with your for support. Working out with a virtual partner, which you trust improves motivation during exercise. Working out with a, superior partners can improve motivation on exercise game tasks.
