Personal Trainer Overview

Group fitness instructor, one on one trainer, small group trainer & classically trained dancer for more than 15 years I have learned the most important part of fitness is believing in yourself..... Dance has given me the courage to do just that.

Challenging my own fitness boundaries has been a supremely rewarding experience that I would love to share with you

A graduate from the New Jersey School of Performing Arts with continuing education in Ballet, Belly-dance, Latin Dance, Modern Dance Movement, Yoga & Exotic Dance.

I have AFFA Certification, ISSA Certification with continuing education in kickboxing, yoga, & a wide range of dance and exercise classes.

Life long experience in teaching nutrition, performing fitness assessments & teaching fitness courses to both individual & group settings.

It is my desire to reach out to as many people as possible to experience the great benefits of fitness, and to teach both the beginner & the advanced levels with innovative, fun ideas to help clients reach their fitness & dance goals.
