Training Philosophy

Chelsea believes that being strong physically encourages emotional and mental strength, and that most of life’s problems feel more manageable after consulting the barbell.

Bio

Born and raised in the PNW, Chelsea’s fitness journey began in her early 20s with long distance running. From there she found her way into group fitness, with her first introduction to weight training coming from being a BODYPUMP instructor. Chelsea then coached and competed in CrossFit before finding her way to pure strength training in the form of powerlifting. She now competes on a National level.
