I launched CP3 Nutrifit with the goal of creating total life solutions for people wanting to reach their true potential as a human being. By imparting to my clients a unique and inspiring philosophy that stresses the integration of mind, body, and spirit, I have empowered them with strategies and skills to overcome every obstacle life throws at them both physically and mentally.
This company also allows me to communicate my message of attaining self-realization to a large audience through different media, including an online community, blog spot, and social media networks. I work toward my company's objectives with a circle of experts who collaborate with me to act as life architects, helping you to restructure your life. The company's motto is, " Know Thyself " which simply means that when you realize who you really are, life will begin to work with you instead of against you.
When not personal training, counseling, or preparing for a fitness show, I enjoy reading, meditating, and spending time with my family and friends.
