Personal Trainer Overview

My approach to fitness is centered around improving overall health and wellness. Our sessions are goal-oriented, and focus on building sustainable habits. I don't write meal plans or assign hours of cardio, instead we learn how to improve eating habits and find ways to move more that fit your lifestyle.

Training Philosophy

Weight training is the method of exercise I use with all of my clients. Stretching plays a big role in my training as I believe it helps allievate soreness and improves muscle recovery. My approach to nutrition is centered around YOU. I won't make up crazy meal plans or crash diets, instead we will work together to tweak your diet to fit you and your lifestyle.

Education

I attended the University of Maine for 3 years where I studied both Human Nutrition and Dietetics as well as business management. While enrolled there, I also competed in Track and Field. I received my personal training certification through the International Sports Science Association.
