Personal Trainer Overview

Working out is a lifestyle. Just as you get up and go to work, exercising should be as much of a priority. I want my clients to enjoy working out and not dread it. It should be the most enjoyable part of your day. It's a time to release the tension and stress that we accumulate in our lives. I like to have fun with my clients along with giving them a great workout.

Training Philosophy

Core training is my most valuable tool. We produce our power through our core muscles. Along with weight training and cardio, results will become evident quickly. Core training is valuable in improving athletic performance, weight loss, functional activities (everyday activities), and pain management.

I've been personal training for over 10 years. I started after I recieved my degree at Texas Tech. I have worked as a personal trainer and a personal training manager at a corporate fitness center. Now, I am an independent personal trainer. I've been independent for 3 years.
