Personal Trainer Overview

I have a dynamic background in powerlifting, bodybuilding, functional fitness, and HIIT. I offer my own unique combination of training with G.R.I.T. HIIT, a 30 minute class that offers no scheduling, simply show up during class hours and you can jump in every 5 minutes. It will have your burnin and yearnin for more! I am a mad scientist of workout design and never program the same workout twice!

Training Philosophy

I believe in training our bodies according to our goals. This has lead me to learn about lots of techniques and modalities of training in order to assist my clients in the most efficient ways. Everybody has different goals, starting points, and limitations and I take a holistic approach in helping my clients to learn proper nutrition and training technique in order to maximize their potential inside and outside the gym.

Bio

I have always been a nutrition nerd and enjoyed pushing my body physically. I started as a collegiate athlete in football and after graduating college with a degree in psychology I became a trainer. I then decided I needed a more hard core scientific understanding of metabolic biochemistry and moved to Fort Collins CO to study nutrition science. It is with this dynamic background I assist my clients with everything from behavior modification to diet and everything in between.
