Hello, thank you for taking time out to view my page. At Cat's BodyWorks Fitness, our goal is to motivate, instruct, & educate you! Exercise & proper nutrition is the path to a healthy mind, body & soul. A healthy body leads to an efficient body. Lets get your muscles, joints, heart & lungs ready to live a longer life! Regardless of your fitness level or age, it is never too late to get in shape.

I am a local Certified Personal Trainer & Female Self Defense Instructor who focuses my training skills on all of my client’s/students goals, needs, and abilities. I teach & train a variety of clients ranging from youth to senior. As your personal trainer, we can help you bring your fitness ability to a totally different level and sky rocket your metabolism. Workouts will vary based on your skills, needs, interests, & abilities. We will incorporate effective training methods using interval training, functional training, body weight, balance equipment, medicine balls, bands, dumbbells, TRX, Kettlebells, cables, resistance bands, plyometrics, circuit training, strength & conditioning, your favorite activities, etc. to help you loose weight, get in shape, build muscle, & finally reach all of your fitness goals & beyond. Through proper nutrition and the right amount of exercise, we will teach you how to take an "All Natural Approach" to long term health & fitness. We will teach you how to eat the right foods at the right times to ensure you get the most out of your nutrient rich foods. You know you really have to burn off those extra calories, but what do you do in a time like this when you barely have time to sit, never mind time to fit in a workout? How do you know what type of exercises/workouts are going to give YOU the best results without having to be in the gym everyday for an hour or more? What about your eating habits? How will you figure out what foods are going to help aid in your muscle building, fat burning goals? The times that you consume those vital nutrients are most important, because our body grows inside the kitchen, not inside the gym. Training Philosophy

I believe in taking an all natural approach to fitness. Both mentally & physically living a healthy, active lifestyle plays a huge rule in being happy with who you are. We have the ability to change & sculpt the body of our dreams. Now I’m not going to say it will be easy, cause if it was, everyone would be fit and obesity wouldn’t be a nationwide epidemic. It takes a lot of time, patience, energy, hard work, motivation, & self control. It seems that in today's society everyone is looking for a quick fix or a magic pill to solve all of their weight & health issues. Everyone wants to go from A to Z, but no one wants to make the effort to do all the hard work it takes to not just loose weight, but loose body fat. You can't skip from A to Z or even from A to K, you have to go through all the letters in the alphabet to get to Z."

Bio

Sensei Cassandra "Cat" German is a Certified Personal Trainer, First Degree Black Belt Belt (Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu & Chin Na), Certified Female Self Defense & Rape Prevention Instructor.

Cat focus all of her training skills on all of her client’s goals, needs, and abilities. She has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from youth to senior. By helping her clients improve their strength, endurance, muscle size, balance, flexibility, etc. she is satisfied knowing she has helped make a positive change in someone else’s life.

Being an athlete her whole life, playing many sports such as softball, soccer, track, martial arts (Kung Fu, Judo, Jujitsu, Chin Na), bodybuilding, and basketball, Cat's athletic potential never went unrecognized. In 2007 she decided to challenge herself to get into the best shape of her life and entered herself into her first natural figure & bodybuilding competition with the INBF- International Natural Body Building & Fitness and placed 2nd. Shortly after that, she decided it was time for her to face her destiny and pursue a career in the fitness industry.

Believe it or not, Cassandra "Cat" picked up her first dumbbell at the tender age of two years old. She strongly feels that by having a father who is a Master of Kung Fu, with various black belts in many different martial arts , and who is also an athletic trainer, & a mother who was also into martial arts & fitness, she was destined to also become an active fitness & martial arts enthusiast/ instructor.
