Personal Trainer Overview

Learn to live a healthy lifestyle and still be able to eat and drink what you want. I will provide you with the tools to learn to eat healthy and exercise 2-3 days a week in 30 minutes. No one wants to spend several hours in a gym.

Training Philosophy

My focus is to show you how to eat healthy first nutrition is important to the process of weight loss. My next focus is giving you exercise to increase the heart rate so your body can began the fat burning process. This includes several types of cardio exercises and weight training with the use of bands,dumbbells, and weight equipment.

I am a certified Personal Trainer,with continued Education in Men Body Sculpting and Full Body Stretching.

I have over 20 plus years experience in the health and fitness industry. I am a Professional Pro Women's Bodybuilder/Physique Competitor.
