I started my law enforcement career in 1985. During the time I served as an officer, I was recognized for many achievements including the departments Medal of Distinction for work above and beyond the call of duty. I also attended many training classes and became an Active Counter Measures instructor which fit in nicely with my prior martial arts training. In 2010 I retired from the police department, but continued to pursue my path of fitness. I attended the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and graduated with my diploma in Personal Training and Nutritional Consulting along with my CPR and AED Certification through American Heart Association. My training at NPTI has allowed me to focus on serving the public in a different way. I was already well qualified to work with clients, but now I have the knowledge to afford them a new way of life, give them an advantage in living and let them flourish during their journey toward a new lifestyle.

I am a dedicated health enthusiast and would enjoy the opportunity to help you succeed in your self transformation.

Based on your goals I will set up a program with mixed weight training and cardio. I will also give you homework to do on the days you do not train with me. This is all based on your fitness level and assessment I will do prior to us starting. I will give you hard work and dedication to your goal and I would like the same in return.
