Personal Trainer Overview

Currently, I am offering personal fitness training, nutrition consulting, individual and group boot camp, aerobic Latin dance and pilates classes. In addition, to adults and seniors all services are available for ages 6 through 17 years of age with parent or guardian approval.

Training Philosophy

Design an individualized exercise program that builds muscle while preventing injury.

Building muscle will help you burn calories and fat. Prevent injuries from exercise and daily living. The basis of the exercise program works on your inner core and stability muscles to help support your posture and balance both superficial and deep muscles.

Bio

At age six, I saw a body building contest on television. The event caught my interest and I knew then that I wanted to learn more about the human body. The next Christmas after that I was given a 25lb weight set and from there I started to design programs for myself. By the age of 12 I started using a workout bench. At age 15, I became more discipline, working out 3-6 days a week throughout the year. When, I was 21 I started Body Architect a personal fitness training company to help design and build a person's body. After, I wanted to learn more about the human body through a formal education. I started with an in-home correspondence course and moved on to a community college. From there I was accepted into a university where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training and Master of Science Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. During and after that time I have acquired many certifications and trained clients in gyms, fitness centers and then at home or offices through CL Fitness in Pennsylvania. Now, I train clients here in California under CL Personal Training where clients have a sport and wellness experience.
