Carl Brue is an independent Fitness AID and Coach serving Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, and surrounding areas, that helps people with disabilities, injuries, or who may just need a coach to help them get into better shape. Carl Brue Fitness training emphasis on indoors and outdoors fitness, focusing on target muscles to increase your strength and endurance. Being active is vital to improving your all-around health both physically and mentally and with Carl Brue’s fitness training, it will give you improved confidence in your everyday life.

Bio
Growing up in athletics, Carl B. was able to learn all the tools for healthy living. In January 2006, Carl Brue’s journey in fitness and athletics was almost cut short when he experienced a near-death experience with an 18-wheeler that nearly took his life. Even though Carl B. beat the odds, he received a lot of injuries that caused him to see a lot of medical specialists. Carl’s healing went along quickly, but with one of the injuries, it left him partially blind in one eye. Carl didn’t allow his disabilities or any of the other injuries to stop him from achieving his goals. Carl is very active in sports and fitness on a weekly bases. Carl Brue’s vision is to use his experience to motivate others to achieve whatever goals they set out to no matter how challenging their disabilities make life. Carl Brue Fitness training began with one simple concept: create an affordable, friendly, fun, and welcoming fitness environment that encourages, educates, and motivates clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Carl Brue Fitness training members can embrace this non-intimidating atmosphere and have achieved excellent results. We proudly serve the community by improving the health and fitness of our citizens, one person at a time. Carl's goal is to assist and coach individuals in learning new ways to improve their overall health through fitness and motivation.
