Training Philosophy
I have a variety of past client experience, but currently tend to focus on weight loss, pre/post natal fitness, overall health and wellness. I always like to talk with a potential client before they sign up to make sure I can provide them with the help they need to reach their goals.

Caitlin wants her clients to leave each session feeling a little bit stronger and more knowledgeable so they can utilize the tools at their disposal to achieve their goals.
She enjoys spending downtime with her husband and daughter, Summer, the outdoors, hiking, camping, traveling and relaxing anywhere by a lake.
