Training Philosophy

All physical qualities are intimately connected, and none can be ignored for optimal performance and well-being. I place an emphasis on developing body awareness while improving strength and cardiovascular fitness. In this way, your balance, coordination, and mobility are improved along with your body composition. Programs are highly individual, systematic, and progressive month to month. Above all, your consistency and enjoyment in the process are paramount to my services.
