We use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) as the foundation of our assessment/testing process which drives our movement based programming. If you can't move without pain or major dysfunction it will be hard to train regardless of your goals.
We use a variety of "cutting edge" functional tools including kettlebells, TRX, Battling ropes, sleds, med balls, Club Bells and the like.
Before opening my own business 7 years ago I worked in a variety of training environments including both small and large gyms.
Have coached high level squash athletes for over 10 years as well as athletes from a variety of sports.
Was voted Delco's Trainer of the Year in 2006.

I believe we are one of the few professions that can truly change lives in a positive way...not too many can say they do that on a daily basis.
