Personal Trainer Overview

Fem Fit is an in-home, outdoor or preferred location fitness training for service women. My regimes and exercises are designed specifically to wants, needs and desired fitness goals of each client. At Fem Fit you choose what you want to focus on, have input on thing like; regimes, exercises and how you prefer to be trained.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy is that fitness should be; fun, specific, attainable, successful, time sensitive, results focused, challenging, measurable, realistic, diverse and safe.

My training style is initially about teaching proper form and technique, along with demonstrating and performing the exercises side-by-side with the client. Once the client performs the exercise properly, then I modify the intensity to the current fitness level of the client. As well as implementing the five components of physical fitness and the basic principles of exercise into your program.

Bio

With over 15 years of direct experience working in the health and wellness industry, as a Fitness Professional. Hold Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State University and also ACE, CPR/AED certified.
