Bio

Brian started his passion for fitness growing up playing sports.He began lifting weights at 12 years old and has been on a mission to improve himself and anyone training with him by constantly learning and perfecting techniques,figuring out what works and what doesn't and the ability to apply that knowledge in the right situation for the right person. In his 30 plus years "in the gym" Brian has trained for sport, bodybuilding, powerlifting and transforming his own body by losing over 100 pounds after he stopped powerlifting. 

    His base of knowledge comes mostly from spending time "in the trenches" as well as constant reading and research. Also completing the W.I.T.S. personal trainer certification at Schoolcraft College.
