As a CHEK Institute Trained Professional, I utilize corrective, functional exercises to bring the body back into alignment to be pain free and build the body of your dreams. Training Philosophy

I utilize the 6 primal pattern movements with clients to teach them how to move their bodies properly. You will learn how to bend over (hip hinge), squat (sitting in a chair), lunge (step over an object), push, pull, and twist. This allows you to use exercises that use your full body to minimize your time working out while getting you the results you are looking for.

Education

Studied under the highest level CHEK Practitioner in the state of Michigan for 3 years.

Attended the Postural Restoration Institute - Myokinematic Restoration course in 10/17

ACT Certified Personal Trainer.

Brian McKay is the Founder and owner of Pain Free Fitness, an in-home pain reduction and weight loss company. Through his own experience with pain and weight issues, Brian has sought out the best practitioners and institutions from across the globe to heal his own issues and share those methods with others who struggle with chronic pain, chronic disease, and weight problems. With Brian's education from the Postural Restoration Institute to his Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Certification from the C.H.E.K. Institute, he is able to help those with a range of dysfunctions, diagnoses, and conditions to revitalize their body and their lives. Brian looks and treats the individual holistically which includes their Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual aspects of them and helps them to realign their bodies, beliefs, feelings, and spirit.
