Personal Trainer Overview

My programs focus on mind-body connection to improve stability and strength for everybody. Functional exercise (strength, balance, speed, agility and power) for general health and fitness, amateur and professional athletes.

Training Philosophy

I motivate clients with strategies to work out hard and adopt more healthy lifestyles. Sometimes the simplest solutions can produce the biggest benefits! My scientific understanding of human movement and performance makes me stand out as a professional trainer. Yet all of my programs are about having fun!

I understand there are all different types of people. So I offer small group classes or private training sessions of 45 minutes or 1 hour. I can also arrange for private group classes for you and up to 3 friends. Get started today!
