Personal Trainer Overview
I keep the focus on you, your goals, your capabilities, and your safety. I keep the workouts challenging and motivating and will be doing some of the workout right next to you. I design full body workouts, and workouts that incorporate lifting and cardio exercise to help raise your heart rate and increase your metabolism. Just some of the things I utilize are weight machines, dumbbells, Box Jumps or Step Ups, the Rope, Kettlebells, TRX systems, and Ball Slams. All of which help work your muscles, cardio, and metabolism.
