Personal Trainer Overview
My training method comes from my time spent at the University of Michigan. High intensity strength training is a type of training that emphasizes time under tension and proper technique with each exercise. It is difficult work but because of the high effort workouts don’t take as long and aren’t as frequent. 2-3 sessions per week are plenty to attain your goals.

As stated above HIT training relies more on the effort of the trainee and not the volume of work involved.
