Personal Trainer Overview
Being in athletics for over 15 years all the way up to college level, I learned the various training techniques hands on how to achieve greatness, along with my personal trainer certification. You can expect 1 full hour of high intensity cardio, weight loss, strength training and or toning while being educated on proper food nutrition. I can train you at your home, work, gym or you can come to my facility. You can expect to get into the BEST shape of your life for as low as $28 per session!!!

Bio
I am a Certified Fitness Trainer that trains anyone from kids to those in their golden years, male and female, 60 pounds to you name it!!! I don't put a limit on anything, because where there is effort, there is potential for something GREAT! I train out of my own facility and accommodates my clients by taking my equipment and training at their home or park for an added convenience. I also train clients at their job and hold corporate fitness classes throughout Houston and surrounding areas. I got involved with organized athletics at the age of 6. From elementary to college I played baseball, football, basketball and a little soccer. I played college baseball for Northwood University in Midland, MI. While getting my degree, it was in college when I realized my passion for fitness. I get joy out of helping others reach their dream goals which have included weight loss, muscle building, muscle toning, building stamina, becoming more flexible and living a healthier longer life for their family.
