Bio

Throughout years I studied at Irvine Valley College, I was struggling to decide which profession best suited me. Going through school, I went through five majors. After going to the counseling office at school looking at different majors or course to study, I came to a conclusion that I wanted to pursue. After looking at the brochure of the major of Kinesiology, the study of human movement, the criteria of fitness, physical therapy, and athletic training, brought me to a decision that I wanted to focus and obtain. In the following sport of basketball, volleyball, baseball, and other physical activities, I knew in my heart that I wanted to pursue a carrier in the sport and fitness industry. Even though, there was no possibility of becoming a professional athlete, I still wanted to have a career in sports. After acquiring more information on the field of kinesiology, I realize that this is the major I want to do since there was no possibility of becoming a professional athlete.

So to pursue my goals in the kinesiology field, I spoke with my counselors at Irvine Valley College in which subjects to take in my bachelor degree of kinesiology. Some of the courses the councilors advise me to take were human anatomy, physiology, psychology, nutrition, motivated to purse a career in the health field. With learning human anatomy, I was able to learn which muscles activate the body. By doing so, I am able to know what needs to be repaired. Towards learning the nutrition class, learning about how to live your life a healthy lifestyle which is beneficial to the sports and fitness field. As I learn what to eat healthy to achieve the body a person wants, it help benefit to motivate a person to achieve their fitness goal. With nutrition and fitness together, it brought my attention to know these two together will make a difference in someone’s life. With learning psychology, there is mental state people must go through in the fitness industry to achieve their goals. Sometimes a person doesn’t have the will power in them to go on. In a mental state, I learn that motivation can help get a person to achieve their well being. Learning in physiology, I learn how the body functions. I know which nervous pathway sends out the fight or flight synapse through the body. This knowledge help promote the heart to pump blood enabling a person to perform to their fitness level.

After graduating with a degree of kinesiology from San Francisco State University, with an emphasis in exercise science fitness, I have creditability in kinesiology with being certified by the American College of Sports medicine. By which I have developed my variation of fitness programs and skills to help you suceed in you lifestyle change through fitness.

My fitness development program is a pyramid or step by step process to achieve your goals. This process never ends. With my knowledge given to you, I help you achieve your goals and pursue new goals.
