Our training methods are very simple - Teach, encourage, and build esteem in people by motivating them to perform and train at a level they never thought possible and create a quality of life and confidence that changes them forever.
Training Philosophy
We train people within their scope of ability, and progress gradually as needed. We feel strongly about accountability on both the part of the trainer and the client, consider encouragement the best way to bring out the best in people, and create an environment and system that have my clients proving to themselves that they can accomplish more than they ever thought possible. We train the body as a whole, emphasizing flexibility, reisistance training, cardio improvement and agility. We separate ourselves from other trainers by creating highly measurable methods of fitness in which the client can see objectively, how they have improved.
