Personal Trainer Overview

I see to many trainers who are more interested in socializing with their clients rather then helping them and pushing them to attain a healthy body as they age.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy of training people over 50 is simple. Come to me, prepare to push yourself and understand that if you want to be able to function as you age you need hard fast workouts. People lose interest in working out because they are not motivated by exercise. Do you want to be able to be self sufficient into your 70's 80's 90's, then get in shape now. It's never to late to start. Many people fear going to a gym because they fear everyone is watching and judging them. I can work you out in a telephone booth because I will motivate you and push you to get in the best shape of your life. We can be friends before and after the workout but during it you might hate me.

Education

I'm a student of many years in the gym, I might not 10 different degrees in 10 different exercise philosophies but I guarantee you you will have a person who is passionate about helping you achieve your goal.
