Training Philosophy
If you think you can’t lose weight, you can. I’ve worked with countless people who were convinced nothing would work for them. My plan always works! Weight-loss is a team effort and I will be there every step of the way. By working together to create a realistic and healthy meal plan as well as setting exercise goals there is no limit to what we can accomplish together. How do we get started?
Prior to training, I meet with my clients for a free consult to discuss fitness goals, work and personal schedules, past struggles with food and exercise. We will run through flexibility, strength, and balance testing to build a “stronger” you. Based on our discussion and testing, I will develop strength, endurance, and meal plans specific to your fitness goals and schedule. One size does not fit all when it comes to weight loss!
