This former Homecoming Queen was an elite level gymnast, all-American and collegiate level cheerleader, all-star softball player, and advanced dancer in ballet, jazz, and tap. Following her gymnastics career Bethany entered the world of power lifting and bodybuilding where she became a national level athlete in both fields. She then earned her professional card via the field of fitness with the International Federation of Bodybuilding and FAME. She owns a very successful personal training company that has been published in the Washingtonian and The Washington Post titled Better Bodies By Bethany, Inc. Bethany Carter Howlett has judged many professional fitness shows, and even promoted her own show titled The Bethany Howlett Fitness and Figure Classic that was always a great success.
