I offer personal one on one training with meal planning to help you maintain your diet.
Training Philosophy
I believe anyone can achieve their own personal level of fitness. Making the decision is half the battle the other half is sticking with it.
I use a variety of methods tho help people get in shape. I use kettle bell, body weight, bands, aerobics, and other techniques to help you reach your goals
